Return-policy

  • If you have any problems with the quality of the clothes you find on your clothes, please take a photo of the unman-made goods damaged to the service@justindesign.com.tw customer service mailbox within 48 hours. After confirmation by the customer service staff, please return the goods by registered mail as soon as possible. (Because the business hours of the store are late, so please send us a 4:00 pm for delivery, thank you!), we will send you new products (with postage you send back) in about 2 days.
  • ‧ Due to man-made goods damaged, dirty, used goods, buyers washing themselves, modified goods, or improper deformation caused by wearing off products will not accept returns.
  • If the goods sent are not in accordance with the ones you ordered, please return the goods by registered shipping as soon as possible (because the store business hours are late, so please check with you at 4:00 pm, thanks!), after receiving the goods returned by you. We send new products (with postage you send back) in about 2 days.
  • Please check the size table before you purchase. If you do not know how to choose the size, please contact us for advice so as not to cause unnecessary losses from mailing.
  • Due to different light and screen displays, the colors of the clothes are slightly different. Therefore, it is not acceptable to return due to color differences!
